We installed this product and it was defective. The passenger side would not adjust to what should be full capacity and the memory would not stay in the position it was supposed to every time you shut off the truck it would go back to a different setting. You constantly had to adjust it. Also there was distortion in both mirrors. I contacted the seller for a refund because on their label I printed out for a return it said that I did not have to return the item and pay for shipping if it was defective. But because I cannot take a picture of a mirror not adjusting or the mirror not staying in the spot we put it in and can also not take a picture of the distortion they refused to refund without me sending it back and having to pay for shipping. I went through a week of messaging back-and-forth and it taking a while to get messages back. They are not honoring what their paper says. And the part is defective but if you cannot take a picture of it they will try to get out of refunding it. Ridiculous do not buy from this seller!
