I will say it was packaged very well but the reason I bought it was to light up a face and the mirror lights up the room more than a face. My other mirror in the room with a 3 regular light over the mirror lights up a face more than this mirror. Also, the antifog button did not clear the mirror any quicker than that other mirror did on its own. If you want a nightlight it's fine to not put it on a switch because the 2 buttons would provide that but if you want a dark room it does emit a glow and you may want it on a switch to cut that off. Holding the button for diming doesn't do very much from dim to "bright". It just doesn't really do what I bought if for at that price when a plain mirror with incandacent 3 light bar above lights up the user more.No dislikes here…bought this mirror as planned to be a part of bath re-design. It is exactly as described and expected. Had to fish a line for an additional light switch dedicated to the mirror light. Note that this mirror light is NOT too bright, but the ‘halo’ effect is neat. Need additional light/s in the bath for sure.Mirror seems substantial and of good quality. LED is fairly bright, but if you are looking for output that will light up a room, this is not what you need. In fact, I don't think any LED mirror would do that. Color is NOT purple as someone has reported. It is however on the blueish side of white, probably about 5000k.This mirror is really beautiful and was fairly easy to install. I ended up returning it though because the light has a really bad blue-ish tint that made my skin look dead when I was trying to do my makeup! Not flattering at all. The outside of the mirror is absolutely beautiful, but for $189 I could find another beautiful mirror without an unflattering light.Good-sized mirror for the hallway so I can catch a quick glimpse of myself before running out the door. It's easy to install. The frame is different - the mirror is recessed into the frame. This would be a good choice mirror for the bathroom too. This size of this mirror makes it ideal for a variety rooms, installation is a breeze, and results are instant. Yes, I'd recommend this.Nice addition to my newly renovated bathroom. Looks beautiful perform great. The packing was very strong, it came in multiple boxes nestled inside each other. The anti fog feature works very well. I’m very pleased with the quality it’s one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon.I was assuming this would be really bright like a ring light or make up mirror but it is not. It does dim a bit, but ultimately the brightest setting isn't bright enough in my opinion.I will say it is really good if you are needing to go to the bathroom at night and do not want to turn on the main light.Looks amazing !The description is exactly how they said.
